Litman Development has successfully managed thousands of apartments units in some of the toughest neighborhoods, and has directly been responsible for renovations including new roofs, heavy carpentry, new plumbing, electric, kitchen and window replacement, driveway restorations, landscaping, bidding of contracts, project management, construction management and financing.
